AI Snip Animator is a browser extension and web tool developed by Hasimax. Our single purpose is to allow users to capture a selected area of their browser screen and convert static screenshots into smooth AI-generated animations and video files.
We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy details what information we process, how it is handled, and your rights as a user.
2. Data Collection and Processing
Summary of Data Handling:
- No Browsing History Collected: We do NOT monitor, track, record, or store your browsing history, visited URLs, or online activity.
- Transient Screen Snippets: When you activate screen capture, only the specific rectangular area of your browser window selected by you is captured.
- Immediate Data Erasure: Captured images are transmitted securely over TLS/HTTPS solely to generate your requested animation and are automatically deleted immediately after rendering.
- No Selling of Data: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your data or captures to any third parties for advertising or marketing.
3. No AI Model Training on User Captures
Your screen captures belong entirely to you. Images processed by AI Snip Animator are never used to train public or commercial AI models, nor are they compiled into dataset libraries.
4. Payment and Account Identifiers
Subscription purchases, credit packs, and checkout sessions are processed securely through Stripe. AI Snip Animator does not collect, store, or process your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank account details.
When a plan is purchased, a unique alphanumeric Activation Code is generated to unlock extension features across your devices.
5. Extension Permissions Disclosure
To function as an on-screen snipping tool, AI Snip Animator requests the minimum necessary extension permissions:
activeTab&scripting: Used exclusively to render the interactive screen snippet overlay when you click the extension icon.storage: Used to save your active theme preferences and local activation code state on your browser.
