Hasimax grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AI Snip Animator to capture screen regions and generate motion graphics, GIFs, and videos for personal, educational, marketing, or commercial purposes.
3. User Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all original screenshots you capture and the resulting animations created using AI Snip Animator. Hasimax claims no copyright or ownership over your output files.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use AI Snip Animator to:
- Capture or process illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or non-consensual content.
- Infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the extension infrastructure or AI API services.
5. Subscription & Payment Terms
AI Snip Animator provides free usage options as well as paid subscription plans (Standard, Premium, Enterprise) and add-on credit packages. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled by contacting support or via your Stripe portal link.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
AI Snip Animator is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Hasimax does not warrant that AI generation will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hasimax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.
